Here’s how you do it (manually install RSS reader and link to RSS feed):

Once you have decided on a program and installed it, you can subscribe to a feed. Every feed has its own address, much like a website. You must enter this address into your RSS reader. You can easily copy a feed’s address: Right-click the XML icon for the feed you want. Choose “copy link.”

Then enter the address in the appropriate place in your RSS reader (Ctrl+V).
