Intercultural Cities: a journey through 23 European cities. Brussels : EUROCITIES; Council of Europe, 2009.

On the occasion of the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue 2008, EUROCITIES cooperated with the Council of Europe in the framework of the Intercultural Cities programme, a joint action of the Council of Europe and the European Commission. 23 cities of the EUROCITIES network (Amsterdam, Barcelona, Belfast, Bergen, Berlin, Bologna, Bristol, Cologne, Espoo, Genoa, Gent, Glasgow, Lublin, Lyon, Malmo, Nantes, Nottingham, Oslo, Riga, Torino, Toulouse, Warsaw, Zaragoza) exchanged good practices to highlight the importance of the local level on integration, or "intercultural dialogue." This report was presented at the EUROCITIES conference in Amsterdam on 5 March 2009.
