The Cardiff E.S.O.L Police Project. Cardiff : Cardiff Police Basic Command Unit, 2004.
The Cardiff ESOL Police Project is an educational training program designed by Constable Donovan, in partnership with the Cardiff County Council?s ESOL Service (English for Speakers of Other Languages). The project is an ongoing strategy created to address the concerns experienced as a result of the arrival of asylum seekers to Cardiff. The training package that serves to educate asylum seekers about the role of the police and the criminal laws of the country. Winner of the Tilley Award (2004).
