The economic impact of immigration on housing in New Zealand 1991?2016. Wellington, NZ : Business and Economic Research, 2007.
This study assesses available New Zealand Census data from 1991 to 2006,establishes the housing behaviour of identified groups of the population and projects these behaviours onto two future migration scenarios over the 2006 to 2016 period, providing indications of two pictures of housing demand in 2016.
