Social enterprises led by Ashoka changemakers at Mitt Liv (Gothenburg) and Mozaïk RH (Paris) offer training and mentorship programs that help prepare under/un-employed immigrant and refugee youth for the labour market while promoting the values of corporate diversity and leadership to employers.

Saba Mosazghi is the Mentor Coordinator at Mitt Liv and is responsible for running the Mitt Liv’s mentor programs which entails recruitment and outreach for 300 participants. Prior to joining Mitt Liv, Saba worked in New York as an Accountant, and has also worked in the city’s nonprofit sector. Saba’s passion for diversity and integration stems from her own immigrant experience, having migrated to Sweden in the early 90s due to the war in Eritrea and experienced the great challenges immigrants face finding employment. She holds a Bachelor degree from Berkeley College in New York.
Gabriel Lenot graduated as a psychologist in 2004. Since then he has worked as a Human Resources professional in various firms (such as Adecco, Apple) mostly in the IT sector. In 2010 he joined Mozaik HR where he is Operations Manager in charge of all projects led by the association. Mozaik RH is a nonprofit recruitment association working to promote equal opportunities and diversity through the professional placement of young graduates originating from disadvantaged neighbourhoods. Through its work with public and private companies, Mozaik helps bring talented leaders from marginalized social groups to the forefront of French society.
